Using this plugin, you can ask your users how they feel about a certain page, view or transaction. Collect ratings and comments using a single widget and let your users provide an email if they'd like to be contacted about their feedback.
You can display a trigger button on your page (and limit the pages it'll appear from Countly UI), or programmatically trigger the feedback popup. You can customize the look and feel, wording and the thank you message.
In Countly dashboard, you'll be presented with a cumulative and time series rating report that can be filtered based on platform, app version and feedback widget (you can have multiple widgets). You'll also have a separate report listing all comments from your users that can be filtered based on rating, platform, app version and feedback widget.
