Frequently Asked Questions

Does it cost anything to join the partner program?

For qualified partners, there are no fees involved to join the program. Prior to joining the program, we have 2-3 online sessions on technical internals of Countly and afterwards proceed with mutually signing an NDA and a partnership agreement. Over time, we’ll expand our relationship and hold more technical and customer meetings in order to help increase partner's demonstration and sales capacity.

How do partners make money?

By reselling and/or re-distributing Countly Enterprise along with professional or value added services, our partner program can provide a significant revenue stream for partner's business. We work closely with all of our partners and provide hands-on assistance regarding technical, sales and business related challenges.

How do partners get training?

In order to get the partner familiar with Countly, we hold a series of online meetings to go over all technical details and capabilities of Countly. These meetings continue until partner is completely comfortable with all aspects of Countly.

How many staff should a qualified partner have?

Number of required technical and sales staff depends entirely on the nature and scale of partner's business. Our partners handle L1 and escalate L2 requests to us. For L1, partner is expected to gather necessary information to figure out underlying root cause of the problem. For L2, we help partner/customer in solving technical problems and investigate elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem and then seek for a solution.

Is my company a good fit?

This depends on your company and your potential customer base. If you are working in the mobile domain, have an enterprise customer base, have experience in mobility, mobile application management and analytics in general, then you should definitely get in touch.
